高考英語(yǔ)中only用法

　　倒裝句是英語(yǔ)中一個(gè)非常重要的語(yǔ)法點(diǎn)，正確運(yùn)用倒裝可以給文章添色加彩。下面通過(guò)兩道高考題了解一下only引導(dǎo)的倒裝句。

　　例1：Only with the greatest of luck ____ to escape from the rising flood waters.(2012上海)

　　A. managed she

　　B. she managed

　　C. did she manage

　　D. she did manage

　　[解析]

　　本題選C。“only+方式狀語(yǔ)”位于句首時(shí)，句子要用部分倒裝，即將助動(dòng)詞放到主語(yǔ)之前。A為完全倒裝，故排除。句意為：僅僅是因?yàn)檫\(yùn)氣好，她才得以從不斷上漲的洪水中逃生。

　　例2：Only after Mary read her composition the second time ____ the spelling mistake.(2012天津)

　　A. did she notice

　　B. she noticed

　　C. does she notice

　　D. she has noticed

　　[解析]

　　本題選A。“only+時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句”位于句首時(shí)，主句要用部分倒裝，而且可根據(jù)read判定本題時(shí)態(tài)是一般過(guò)去時(shí)，故選A。句意為：瑪麗是在把作文讀了第二遍之后才注意到那個(gè)拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤的。

　　1.only修飾主語(yǔ)時(shí)，句子不用倒裝。

　　例：Only our parents will always support us.只有我們的父母會(huì)一直支持我們。

　　2.only修飾狀語(yǔ)從句時(shí)，從句不用倒裝，主句用部分倒裝。

　　例：Only when he finished his homework could he go out.只有做完作業(yè)后，他才能出去。
