首先：考察的應(yīng)該還是書(shū)信。其次：考察的內(nèi)容比較可能是感謝信。

感謝信是向?qū)Ψ奖磉_(dá)謝意的書(shū)信。感謝對(duì)方的關(guān)心、支持、幫助或熱情款待等。主要內(nèi)容是說(shuō)明感謝的事由并表示真誠(chéng)的謝意。

08年的很多國(guó)內(nèi)大事都可以引發(fā)出這封信的考察，雪災(zāi)、地震災(zāi)民對(duì)人民子弟兵的感謝，對(duì)志愿者的感謝，等等。

寫(xiě)作“三步走”：表示感謝—>說(shuō)明事由—>再次表示真誠(chéng)感謝

注意：表達(dá)的感激之情要恰到好處，不要草率，也不要過(guò)于夸張。言辭應(yīng)真摯、得體。建議在結(jié)尾盡量表達(dá)希望回報(bào)對(duì)方的愿望，顯得更加真誠(chéng)。
