　　結(jié)構(gòu)要點便箋也叫做便條，是一種簡便的信函，形式簡單，可用于詢問、道歉、請假、約會、留言、歸還東西等很多事由。

　　Suppose you have received a short notice that you are invited to a meeting in another city. Since you do not have time to tell your roommate about it in person, write a note in about 100 words to him/her. Do not sign your own name at the end of your letter, using “Li Ming” instead.Dear Betty,

　　I have received a short notice and am going to attend a meeting in Suzhou. As time is very limited, I have to take a train immediately and cannot explain it to you in person. I am returning on Friday evening.

　　So I�餸 sorry that I have to leave without informing you beforehand and cannot go swimming with you tomorrow as I promised. I hope you will take good care of yourself when I am away. 　　語言注意點便箋語言較簡單和口語化，但應(yīng)注意，說明事由時要簡潔、清楚，不需過多的套話。

　　Suppose your mother has come to see you and tonight you will sleep in the room she has booked in a hotel near your university. Write a note in about 100 words to inform your roommate Linda of that. Do not sign your own name at the end of your letter,

　　Write a notice in about 100 words to inform the residents of a coming typhoon. NOTICE

　　We have got the message that a typhoon is coming. According to the observatory, the typhoon, estimated to be stronger than last one, is arriving at our city tonight and will cause violent wind and rain. Therefore, we wish every family would make full preparations for it. Do remember to bring in the outside clothes, close your windows and put your flowerpots in the room lest they should be damaged or should fall down to hurt others. Don�餿 go out at night unless there is something very urgent. Especially those old people and young children should be most careful to refrain from dangers. It is said the typhoon is leaving tomorrow afternoon.

　　語言注意點通知必須用簡練、準(zhǔn)確的語言傳遞信息。如果包含對演講人、主要參與人或組織者等的介紹，則語言應(yīng)大方得體，重點突出，切忌長篇大論。

　　Write a notice in about 100 words for the Student Union to inform of a speech contest. NOTICE

　　The Student Union has decided to hold a Chinese speech contest to celebrate the coming National Day. The maximum time of each speaker is eight minutes. We will invite seven experts to serve as judges. Every speaker will be judged from three aspects: script, eloquence, and the reaction of the audience. The results will be announced immediately.

　　All the participants are required to hand in their request form before September 12. The preliminary contest falls on September 18 in the school library. The final contest will be held on September 30 in the cinema of our university.
