　　瀾湄合作首次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議(the first leaders' meeting of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation mechanism)23日在海南三亞舉行，以"同飲一江水，命運(yùn)緊相連"(Shared River, Shared Future)為主題。

　　推進(jìn)瀾湄合作是落實(shí)習(xí)近平主席提出的建設(shè)亞洲命運(yùn)共同體(Asian community of shared destiny)倡議的具體實(shí)踐，也是為促進(jìn)此區(qū)域發(fā)展與繁榮(development and prosperity)提出的中國(guó)方案。建立瀾湄合作機(jī)制是李克強(qiáng)總理在2014年第17次中國(guó)─東盟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議上提出的重要倡議，得到湄公河國(guó)家(countries along the Mekong river)的積極響應(yīng)。
