錦上添花 Icing on the cake
　　制作西式糕點(diǎn)最后一道工序，就是在糕點(diǎn)上灑上或涂上一層白色的冰淇淋，叫做icing on the cake，在俚語(yǔ)當(dāng)中icing on the cake意思是使一件原本已經(jīng)很好的事物變得更加的美好，也就是錦上添花。When one great thing happens, then another great thing happens on top of it, the second thing is the icing on the cake.
　　此外，Icing on the cake 也常在NBA比賽上用到，比如在比賽最后還剩下三秒鐘時(shí)候，一方投中了三分球?qū)⒈确植罹嗬�到�?分，讓對(duì)方?jīng)]有回天之力時(shí)，就可以用這個(gè)短語(yǔ)來(lái)表示勝負(fù)已見(jiàn)分曉。
　　例如：
　　He adds that he donates his business profits to charities because it's icing on the cake.
　　他補(bǔ)充說(shuō)，因?yàn)閺慕?jīng)商中獲得的利潤(rùn)只是錦上添花而已，所以他把商業(yè)收入都捐給慈善事業(yè)。
