八、受益人申明/證明
受益人申明/證明是信用證受益人根據(jù)信用證的有關(guān)規(guī)定繕制的一種比較簡單的議付單據(jù)。
�。ㄒ唬┬庞米C受益人申明/證明條款示例：
1.Beneficiary‘s Certificate certifying that full set of non-negotiable dopies of documents to be sent to applicant immediately after shipment.
2.Beneficiary‘s Statement indicates that cable of shipping advice dispatched to the accountee immediately after shipment.
3.Beneficiary‘s Declaration stating that one complete set of non-negotiable shipping documents sent directly to the opener by express airmail within 2 days after shipment.
4.Beneficiary‘s Certificate certifying that each export package to the marked with “MADE IN CHINA”。
�。ǘ┦芤嫒松昝�/證明填制要點(diǎn)：
1.名稱：按信用證的規(guī)定。
2.日期：受益人申明/證明的日期應(yīng)與證明內(nèi)容相吻合。例如：提單日期是3月
12日。受益人證明的有關(guān)內(nèi)容是“We hereby certify that one set of non-negotiable shipping documents has been airmailed to the Applicant within 2days after the shipment date.”則受益人證明的日期不能早于3月12日，當(dāng)
然也不能晚于交單日期。
3.內(nèi)容：受益人申明的內(nèi)容應(yīng)根據(jù)信用證繕打。但有時(shí)應(yīng)對所用時(shí)態(tài)做相應(yīng)變化。例如：信用證條款規(guī)定：“Beneficiary‘s certificate certify that all the packages to be lined with waterproof paper and bound with two iron straps outside.”則受益人證明應(yīng)作成：“……packages have been lined……”
4.簽署：受益人證明應(yīng)注明出證人的公司名稱并簽署。
九、裝運(yùn)通知副本
裝運(yùn)通知是出口方在訂妥艙位或貨物裝船后發(fā)給進(jìn)口方的通知。有時(shí)，進(jìn)口方為了督促出口方履行通知義務(wù)，就在信用證中要求受益人在交單時(shí)提交裝運(yùn)通知的副本作為議付單據(jù)之一。
信用證裝運(yùn)通知副本條款示例：
1.Beneficiary‘s certified copy of cable/telex dispatched to applicant within 48 hours after shipment advising L/C No.， name of vessel/flight number， date， quality， weight and value of the shipment.
2.Certified copy of beneficiary‘s fax to applicant.（fax No.852-3053113） dated within 7days after shipment advising the name and sailing date of carrying vessel and Marine Bill of Lading No.
3.Shipment advice showing the name of the carrying vessel， date of shipment， marks， amount and the number of the Documentary Credit must be sent by registered airmail to the applicant.The relative postal registration receipt and a copy of the shipment advice must be attached to the documents.
十、出口制單案例點(diǎn)評
案例：1998年4月8日，華信公司收到JBS公司通過加拿大皇家銀行開來的編號為98/0501 – FTC的信用證信開本，該公司按照信用證的規(guī)定備齊了全套議付單據(jù)于4月27日向議付銀行—— 上海愛建金融公司交單議付。以下是華信公司提交的全套議付。見附錄17.
華信單據(jù)評析：
1.匯票的日期是華信公司向議付行交單的日期。因此，此日期不能晚于信用證的到期日5月15日。另外，根據(jù)《UCP500》有關(guān)條款的規(guī)定：如信用證無其他的規(guī)定，則信用證項(xiàng)下的單據(jù)的交單日期不得遲于運(yùn)輸單據(jù)出單后的21天。由于提單是4月22日簽發(fā)的，因此，匯票日期也不能遲于5月13日（4月22日后的第21天）。
2.由于信用證規(guī)定提交“SIGNED COMMERCIAL INVOICE……” 因此，華信公司的商業(yè)發(fā)票必須簽署。
3.注意根據(jù)信用證的要求，在裝箱單上面列明每一個(gè)貨號的重量和尺碼。
受益人證明的日期要在運(yùn)輸單據(jù)（即提單）簽發(fā)日后（最早是在運(yùn)輸單據(jù)的出單日）。否則，如果受益人證明的日期在提單簽發(fā)日前的話，則無法證明所有運(yùn)輸單據(jù)的副本已經(jīng)傳真給了開證申請人。
