　　黑利伯瑞注重學(xué)生的全面培養(yǎng)，特別是行為習(xí)慣地養(yǎng)成，因?yàn)樗�就像指南針，指引著每個(gè)人的行為。好的習(xí)慣會(huì)幫助我們收獲知識(shí)和智慧，能為我們開啟智慧之門。

　　10月29日早，黑利伯瑞在學(xué)校操場(chǎng)隆重舉行了以“成功從培養(yǎng)良好的習(xí)慣開始”為主題的升旗儀式。今天的升旗儀式由高中部甄梓陽和甄梓彤兩位同學(xué)來主持。

　　高中部升旗手扎曉雨同學(xué)做簡要的自我介紹。

　　升旗儀式上，通過師生代表發(fā)表培養(yǎng)良好習(xí)慣的演講，號(hào)召所有學(xué)生從小事做起，堅(jiān)定信念，成就美好人生。

　　他們以故事開場(chǎng)，引用經(jīng)典告訴大家養(yǎng)成良好習(xí)慣的重要性，并結(jié)合校園學(xué)習(xí)生活，號(hào)召大家要從現(xiàn)在開始，從身邊的小事做起，從一點(diǎn)一滴做起!

　　老師們,同學(xué)們：

　　人們常說，習(xí)慣決定命運(yùn)。如果希望自己出類拔萃，也希望生活方式與眾不同，那么，我們必須明白一點(diǎn)，你的習(xí)慣決定著你的未來。所以，我今天講話的題目是，成功從培養(yǎng)良好的習(xí)慣開始。

　　我們都知道中國古代有兩個(gè)關(guān)于刻苦讀書的故事，一個(gè)叫頭懸梁，一個(gè)叫錐剌股。這兩個(gè)故事都作為正面的教育事例來教育大家，激勵(lì)我們要勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，加倍努力。在我看來，這兩個(gè)故事中的人物學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度是好的，最終也取得了成功，但讀書的過程很艱辛。因?yàn)樗麤]有養(yǎng)成良好的讀書習(xí)慣，良好的習(xí)慣可以使學(xué)習(xí)少走很多彎路。有句俗話，習(xí)慣成自然。什么是習(xí)慣?習(xí)慣就是不需要刻意去做，而是自然形成的。

　　一旦有了習(xí)慣，就有可能變成愛好。我覺得，愛好是人與人產(chǎn)生差別最大的根源。為什么許多名人可以獲得巨大的成功，而更多的人很平凡?我們拼命向他們學(xué)習(xí)，最后還是無功而返，是因?yàn)樗麄儚男【宛B(yǎng)成了好習(xí)慣，將學(xué)習(xí)視為愛好，將工作當(dāng)成習(xí)慣。

　　同學(xué)們!讓我們從現(xiàn)在開始，養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣，認(rèn)真對(duì)待你認(rèn)為的那些微不足道的小事，每天擦擦桌子，每天整理筆記，每天穿干凈的衣服，每天給老師一個(gè)大大的微笑，其實(shí)，良好習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成，最長也只需要21天!

These two stories are generally regarded as positive examples of education, encouraging us to study hard and work hard. In my opinion, these two people had a good attitude towards learning and eventually achieved success, but the process of reading was very tired and difficult. Because, he did not develop good reading habits, the secret of success lies in the formation of good habits. Real success, rarely experienced any hardship. There is a saying that habit becomes nature. What is habit? Habit is no need to deliberately do, it is natural.

　　Once you form a habit, it may become a hobby. I think hobby is the biggest root of generating difference among people. Why can many celebrities achieve great success but we can't? We learn from them desperately, and eventually return without success, because they have developed good habits since childhood, learning as a hobby, working as a habit.

　　我今天演講的題目是：如何養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣

　　我認(rèn)為養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣首先要讓自己明確良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是什么,并且根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況認(rèn)真去執(zhí)行。我的伙伴中經(jīng)常有人抱怨說:“我也很想好好做,可是就是做不好。”其實(shí)他們就是沒有堅(jiān)持下來,說到做到。因此,要養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,步就要說到做到,堅(jiān)定不移。

　　第二步要確認(rèn)目標(biāo),循序漸進(jìn)。一個(gè)好習(xí)慣地養(yǎng)成不會(huì)是輕而易舉的,要想完成它,需要確立長遠(yuǎn)的目標(biāo),一步一個(gè)腳印地行動(dòng)起來。要養(yǎng)成好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不要心急,但一定要說到做到。例如,想背完1000個(gè)單詞,可以分成多天來完成。今天背十個(gè)，明天背十個(gè),日復(fù)一日,這樣不僅不會(huì)給自己造成太大的壓力,而且當(dāng)你完成目標(biāo)時(shí),會(huì)品嘗到一種的喜悅。

　　第三步要時(shí)刻自我約束。如果良好的習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成之后就放松要求,忘乎所以的話,那么沒過多久丟掉的壞習(xí)慣又會(huì)重新回歸。認(rèn)識(shí)到聽課做筆記的重要性后，就得不落的記下去;認(rèn)識(shí)到自習(xí)課講話會(huì)影響他人,那就踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)。

　　世界心理學(xué)家威廉詹姆士有句名言:播下行動(dòng)，收獲一個(gè)習(xí)慣;播下一個(gè)習(xí)慣,收獲一種性格;播下性格,收獲一種命運(yùn)。讓我們從點(diǎn)滴做起,漸漸養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,做一個(gè)勤學(xué)、樂學(xué)、善學(xué)的學(xué)生。
