擁有健康快樂(lè)是我們每個(gè)人的夢(mèng)想，當(dāng)我們努力學(xué)習(xí)，暢想人生理想的時(shí)候。你們可否知道，我們身邊有這樣一群不幸的孩子們?cè)诤魡�。慈善是�?duì)人類(lèi)的熱愛(ài)，也是一種教育。11月19日早，黑利伯瑞舉辦以“公益活動(dòng)”為主題的升旗儀式。今天的升旗儀式由初中部潘炫和龐茹馨兩位同學(xué)來(lái)主持。

　　上周黑利伯瑞初中部開(kāi)展了“黑利伯瑞助困”公益活動(dòng)。這次公益活動(dòng)分為兩部分，分別是“義賣(mài)活動(dòng)”和“拍賣(mài)活動(dòng)”。

　　黑利伯瑞學(xué)生們分別積極捐出自己的閑置物品，進(jìn)行登記標(biāo)價(jià)，并提前做好營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案，在舉辦家長(zhǎng)會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)推銷(xiāo)自己的物品，進(jìn)行義賣(mài)。很多具有藝術(shù)天賦的學(xué)生們也紛紛將自己的美術(shù)畫(huà)作作為拍賣(mài)物品，所獲收益全部捐贈(zèng)給“牧羊地”兒童村的孩子們。

　　黑利伯瑞自發(fā)出義賣(mài)倡議后，全校師生以及家長(zhǎng)朋友們紛紛積極響應(yīng)，伸出援助之手，幫助那些需要幫助的人，大家以此方式來(lái)表達(dá)對(duì)牧羊地兒童村孩子的一份愛(ài)心，一片真情。最終在活動(dòng)中，共籌善款14093元。在本次活動(dòng)中，不僅鍛煉黑利伯瑞學(xué)生們的組織表達(dá)能力，更是踐行了一次愛(ài)心活動(dòng)。后續(xù)黑利伯瑞將組織大家前往“牧羊地”兒童村進(jìn)行慰問(wèn)活動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的公益助困。

　　Have you ever heard the name of shepherd field orphanage? What kind of place is this? What kind of organization is it?

　　大家可曾聽(tīng)過(guò)“牧羊地”兒童村?這是一個(gè)什么樣的地方?是一個(gè)什么樣的組織?

　　Last week, middle school held a public welfare sale and auction aiming to donate the money to the children in that orphanage. Now let's give you a brief introduction of this place.

　　而在上周我們初中部舉辦的公益售賣(mài)和拍賣(mài)活動(dòng)，就是要將活動(dòng)籌得的善款捐給那里的孩子，下面就由我們介紹一下這個(gè)地方和它的由來(lái)。

　　There is a shepherd field orphanage located at the junction of Langfang and Tianjin. It used to be a sheep farm in the past, and the founder Bei Tianmu named it as ‘shepherd field’. Nowadays, there are more than 80 disabled orphans aged from one month to teens living here.

　　這個(gè)位于廊坊和天津交界處，有一處屬于傷殘孤兒童們的家園，它的名字就叫“牧羊地”兒童村。因?yàn)檫@里曾經(jīng)是當(dāng)?shù)厝说姆叛虻�，�?chuàng)辦人貝天牧給它取名“牧羊地”兒童村，如今這里住著80多個(gè)年齡從一個(gè)月大到十幾歲的傷殘孤兒。

　　25 years ago, Bei Tianmu and his wife Pan La came to China to become teachers. In 1991, because of a voluntary experience in an orphanage, they adopted a disabled girl named Arthur. After that, they adopted a pair of twin brothers and a boy with cleft lip and palate. In 1999, the Bei Tianmu couple, who insisted on volunteering in the orphanage, came up with the idea of establishing their own orphanage. They quit their jobs and set up the Philip Hyde Foundation to start a small orphanage. In 2002, the government of Dawang Zhuang in Wuqing District of Tianjin gave Beitianmu the right to use the land by charging the price of 1 yuan per acre. In 2006, it renamed as shepherd field orphanage. By 2012, Shepherd field orphanage had operated on more than 3,000 disabled children, found permanent adoptive families for more than 900 children and received support from around the world.

　　25年前，貝天牧和妻子潘姆拉來(lái)到中國(guó)當(dāng)老師。1991年，因?yàn)橐淮卧诟＠�院�?dāng)志愿者的經(jīng)歷，他們與孤兒結(jié)緣，并收養(yǎng)了一個(gè)殘疾女孩，取名埃瑟;之后又陸續(xù)收養(yǎng)一對(duì)雙胞胎兄弟和一個(gè)患有唇腭裂的男嬰。1999年，堅(jiān)持在福利院做志愿者的貝天牧夫婦萌生了自己創(chuàng)辦福利院的想法，于是他們辭去工作，成立“飛利浦海德基金會(huì)”，開(kāi)始運(yùn)營(yíng)一個(gè)小的福利院。2002年，天津市武清區(qū)大王古鎮(zhèn)政府以1元/畝的象征性?xún)r(jià)格，將一塊土地的使用權(quán)給了貝天牧。2006年，一個(gè)新的福利院正式啟用并更名為“牧羊地”兒童村。到2012年為止，“牧羊地”兒童村已經(jīng)為3000多個(gè)傷殘孩子做了手術(shù)治療，為900多個(gè)孩子找到的收養(yǎng)家庭，并獲得了來(lái)自世界各地的支持。

　　Last week, a public welfare campaign was launched in our middle school aiming to ask people pay more attention and more help on those kids. Here, we also appeal to everyone to try our best giving help to the kids in need.

　　黑利伯瑞格外重視關(guān)懷教育。學(xué)校與“牧羊地”兒童村定期開(kāi)展各種形式的交流活動(dòng)，包括捐款，贈(zèng)送禮物等活動(dòng)，幫助更多“牧羊地”的孩子實(shí)現(xiàn)心中的愿望。黑利伯瑞將善捐贈(zèng)給牧羊地的小朋友，讓牧羊地的孩子們感到溫暖與關(guān)愛(ài)的同時(shí)，更為他們帶去希望和力量。

　　公益是什么?公益就是個(gè)人或組織自愿通過(guò)做好事、行善舉而提供給社會(huì)公眾的公共產(chǎn)品。

　　What is public welfare? Public welfare refers to the public goods that individuals or organizations voluntarily provide to the public by conducting good deeds.

　　在2017年4月，黑利伯瑞國(guó)際學(xué)校初中部就開(kāi)始與“牧羊地”兒童村建立幫扶關(guān)系，每學(xué)期中外教師帶領(lǐng)部分學(xué)生慰問(wèn)“牧羊地”的孩子們，在參與的過(guò)程中，孩子們真實(shí)的體會(huì)到社會(huì)疾苦，并培養(yǎng)了社會(huì)責(zé)任感。

　　In April 2017, the Middle School of Hailibury International School began to establish a support relationship with the "Shepherd Land" Children's Village. Every semester, Chinese and foreign teachers lead some students to express sympathy to the "Shepherd Land" children. In the process of participating, the children truly realized the social suffering and fostered a sense of social responsibility.

　　上周四和周五，也就是2018年11月8日和9日，初中部開(kāi)展了“黑利助困”公益活動(dòng)。這次公益活動(dòng)分為兩部分：“義賣(mài)活動(dòng)”和“拍賣(mài)活動(dòng)”，孩子們捐出家里不再需要之物品，進(jìn)行登記標(biāo)價(jià)，并提前做出營(yíng)銷(xiāo)詞，在家長(zhǎng)會(huì)另一側(cè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)積極推銷(xiāo)自己的物品，進(jìn)行售賣(mài);而另一個(gè)活動(dòng)就是在得到學(xué)生們的授權(quán)下，將部分學(xué)生的美術(shù)課畫(huà)作捐出進(jìn)行拍賣(mài)，所獲收益將捐贈(zèng)給“牧羊地”兒童村。

　　Last Thursday and Friday, namely, November 8 and 9, 2018, a public welfare campaign called "Hali Aid the Poverty" was launched in the middle school. This public welfare activity was divided into two parts: "charity sale" and "auction". Students donated items that were no longer needed at home, registered and bid prices, and wrote marketing words before the activities. They actively promoted and sold their own items on the other side of the Parents' Meeting. With the agreement of students, their artworks from art lessons and paintings were donated for auction, and all the donation will be given to the "Shepherd Land" Children's Village.

　　在本次活動(dòng)中，學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)都踴躍參加，售賣(mài)籌得善款3914元和拍賣(mài)籌得善款10179元，合計(jì)14093元。在這次活動(dòng)中，學(xué)生們不僅鍛煉了自己組織、表達(dá)的能力，同時(shí)學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)們用自己的行動(dòng)表達(dá)對(duì)“牧羊地”兒童的關(guān)愛(ài)，踐行了一份愛(ài)心。后續(xù)我們將組織部分學(xué)生、老師、家長(zhǎng)前往“牧羊地”兒童村進(jìn)行慰問(wèn)活動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的公益助困。

　　In this activity, students and parents enthusiastically participated, which has raised 3914RMB for donation and 10179 yuan for auction, and 10179RMB in total. Moreover, students not only practiced their ability of organization and expression, but also expressed their care and love for the children of "shepherd land" with their own actions. To follow up, we will organize some students, teachers and parents to go to the "Shepherd Land" Children's Village for condolences activities to realize our public welfare assistance.

　　慈善是對(duì)人類(lèi)的熱愛(ài)，也是一種教育。慈善讓我們學(xué)會(huì)愛(ài)，讓我們懂得愛(ài)別人其實(shí)就是愛(ài)自己，幫助別人就是幫助自己。國(guó)際教育的初衷就是世界和平，讓世界充滿(mǎn)愛(ài)。

　　Charity is a love for mankind, and it is also an education. Doing charity teaches us to love, to love others is to love ourselves, to help others is to help ourselves. The original intention of international education is world peace and make the world full of love.

　　只要人人都獻(xiàn)出一點(diǎn)愛(ài)，世界將變成美好的人間。黑利伯瑞呼吁全社會(huì)共同關(guān)注孤殘兒童教育及心理健康問(wèn)題，希望能有更多的愛(ài)心人士加入到慈善事業(yè)中來(lái)，傳承一種愛(ài)與貢獻(xiàn)，幫助他們改變命運(yùn)，讓他們能夠在愛(ài)的氛圍中創(chuàng)造美好未來(lái)!
