在歲月的長河中，有些過往不容忘卻，9月3日是”中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利紀(jì)念日“，也是”世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭勝利紀(jì)念日“，黑利伯瑞為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)全體師生愛國主義教育、堅(jiān)定理想信念，9月2日清晨，我校迎著秋日晨光，舉行了以“中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利紀(jì)念日”為主題的教育活動(dòng)暨升旗儀式。今天升旗儀式由高中部11年級的楊凱雯和張晗予兩位同學(xué)主持。

　　伴隨著激昂的《義勇軍進(jìn)行曲》，升旗手將鮮艷的五星紅旗升起，全體師生肅立，并行注目禮。伴隨著嘹亮的國歌，仿佛透過74年的歷史塵煙，感受到了抗戰(zhàn)勝利的場面依然歷久彌新。

　　隨后，升旗儀式上師生進(jìn)行了以“熱愛祖國”為主題的國旗下演講，號召大家將愛國情懷付諸實(shí)際之中，要從學(xué)習(xí)和生活的點(diǎn)滴中做起。

　　尊敬的各位老師，親愛的同學(xué)們，大家早上好!

　　Good morning, dear teachers and classmates

　　一日之計(jì)在于晨，微風(fēng)輕拂，鳥兒頌鳴，此刻正是一個(gè)充滿朝氣和活力的清晨。74年前的今天，全中國甚至全世界人民都在激動(dòng)中翹首以盼：1945年9月2日，日本向盟軍投降儀式在東京灣密蘇里號軍艦上舉行。在包括中國在內(nèi)的9個(gè)受降國代表的注視下，日本在投降書上簽字。這是中國近代一百多年反侵略史上次獲得全面勝利，也為世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。

　　A day's plan lies in the morning. With a gentle breeze and birds singing, now is a morning full of vigor and vitality. 74 years ago, people all over China and even the whole world are looking forward to the time in excitement. On September 2th, 1945, the surrender ceremony of Japan to the Allied Forces was held on the USS Missouri in the Gulf of Tokyo. Under the watchful eye of the representatives of nine landed countries, including China, Japan signed the surrender letter. This is the first time that China has won an all-round victory in the history of anti-aggression in more than a hundred years, and it has also made indelible contributions to the world war against fascism.

　　從“九一八”東北淪陷，東三省人民流離失所，到盧溝橋頑強(qiáng)御敵，戰(zhàn)火肆虐于華北平原。在這個(gè)艱難的歷史時(shí)刻，中國人民沒有屈服，他們毅然奮起，英勇抵抗。聽，鼓舞人心的戰(zhàn)歌在中華大地奏響。看，不畏犧牲的革命志士在血灑九州。全國各族人民包括港澳臺(tái)同胞、海外僑胞同日本侵略者進(jìn)行了艱苦卓絕的斗爭，換來了74年前今天的勝利，抗日戰(zhàn)爭是中華兒女用血淚與堅(jiān)持書寫的一首長達(dá)14年的壯闊史詩!

　　From the occupation of Northeast China in September 18th, the displacement of people in the three provinces, to the stubborn resistance of Lugouqiao, the war raged in the North China Plain. In this difficult historical moment, the Chinese people have not yielded, they resolutely rose up and bravely resisted. Listen, inspiring war songs are playing in China. Look, the revolutionary aspirants who are not afraid of sacrifice are sprinkling blood in our motherland. People of all nationalities, including compatriots of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, overseas Chinese, fought hard and arduous battles with Japanese aggressors in exchange for today's victory 74 years ago. The War of Resistance Against Japan is a magnificent epic written by Chinese people with blood and tears and perseverance for 14 years.

　　如今，歷史的硝煙已經(jīng)散去，和平與發(fā)展成為新時(shí)代的主題。雖然我們生長在和平年代，但我們依然要牢記歷史，牢記國力的強(qiáng)盛，民族的團(tuán)結(jié)，才能真正捍衛(wèi)家國、話語鏗鏘!

　　Nowadays, the smoke of history has disappeared, and peace and development have become the theme of the new era. Although we grew up in a peaceful era, we still need to remember the history, the strength of our country and the unity of our nation, so that we can truly defend our country and speak loudly.

　　“少年興則國興，少年強(qiáng)則國強(qiáng)”，祖國的未來屬于你們，讓我們共同牢記歷史，展望未來，創(chuàng)造祖國輝煌，貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量!

　　"When young people are prosperous, the country is prosperous; when young people are strong, the country is strong." The future of our motherland belongs to you. Let us remember the history together, look forward to the future, create the glory of our motherland and contribute our strength.

　　公元2019年8月15日,是一個(gè)令人感動(dòng)的日子，也是值得我們銘記的日子。74年前，我們的先輩、先烈，用熱血和生命，換來了13年抗日戰(zhàn)爭的寶貴勝利——公元1945年8月15日，日本帝國主義宣布無條件投降，先輩們用實(shí)際行動(dòng)證明了中國人在軍事上不屈不撓。

　　August 15th, 2019 is a touching and memorable day. Seventy-four years ago, our forefathers and martyrs exchanged their blood and lives for 73 years of precious victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan. On August 15th, 1945, Japan declared unconditional surrender. Our forefathers proved the military indomitability of the Chinese people through practical actions.

　　歲月的腳步匆匆走過74年。黃河邊上的硝煙已隨風(fēng)飄散，歷史仿佛已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)去。但是，對于中華民族來說，那是永遠(yuǎn)的國殤，永遠(yuǎn)的奮爭，也是永遠(yuǎn)的追思。

　　Years passed by in a hurry for 74 years. Smoke from the Yellow River has gone with the wind, and history seems to have gone away. However, for the Chinese nation, that is the eternal national martyrdom, the eternal struggle, and the eternal recollection.

　　那段歷史留給我們的不僅是悲痛欲絕的哀傷、洗刷不盡的血淚、永志追思的英烈和偉岸壯闊的史詩，更是追求和平的渴望、永不再戰(zhàn)的期盼、強(qiáng)國富民的決心和睦鄰友邦的祝愿�？谷諔�(zhàn)爭，被我們記住的不僅僅是傷痛、悲慘、哀怨，更有抗?fàn)�、勝利、尊�?yán)。我們經(jīng)歷了落后挨打的恥辱，我們更證明了眾志成城的民族力量。中華民族也洗去了一百年的屈辱，掙脫了一百年的鎖鏈，贏得了抗日戰(zhàn)爭輝煌的勝利，也贏得了世界人民由衷的尊敬。

　　That period of history left us not only with grief, endless tears and blood, the heroic memory of eternal aspirations and magnificent epics, but also with the desire for peace, the hope of never fighting again, the determination to strengthen and enrich the people and the wishes of good neighbors and friends. The War of Resistance Against Japan is remembered not only for its grief and tragedy, but also for its struggle, victory and dignity. We have experienced the humiliation of being beaten and backward, and we have proved the national strength of a city full of aspirations. The Chinese nation has also washed away a hundred years of humiliation, broken away from a hundred years of chains, won a glorious victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan, and won the heartfelt respect of the people of the world.

　　歷史證明，一切愛好和平的國家和人民有能力把侵略者趕出自己的國土，有能力結(jié)束一切形式的壓迫和奴役，也一定有能力通過努力實(shí)現(xiàn)和平與發(fā)展。

　　History has proved that all peace-loving countries and people have the ability to expel aggressors from their territory, to put an end to all forms of oppression and slavery, and to achieve peace and development through their efforts.
