： Burned ， you mean. Philip ： Hey， I'm a doctor ， not a chef. Albert
： Help ！ Help ！ I can't swim ！

    Robbie： Dad！ Grandpa！ He fell in ！

    Philip： Easy does it ， Robbie. That a boy. That's it. Grandpa ：
He's not breathing， Philip ！

    Philip： Robbie ， run to the car ！ Bring a blanket and my medical
bag. Robbie ： Yes， Dad. Philip： Now， come on， son. Come on ， son.
Grandpa ： Breathe， Albert ！

    1. Let's build a fire and cook it ！

    咱們生起火來把它做熟吧！

    Let's …… / Let us ……，用來建議別人與自己一起做某事。

    2. Is it finished yet ？

    做好了嗎？用以詢問食物是否已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好了。

    3. Burned ， you mean.你的意思是說燒焦了。you mean可以用于糾正對(duì)方
的話或者確定對(duì)方的意思和自己理解得是否相同。本情境中，Philip說"I hope
you like your fish well done."這里well done 指煎（炸）得十分熟的（牛排、
肉塊等）。而實(shí)際上魚已經(jīng)有點(diǎn)烤焦了，于是Grandpa 以開玩笑方式糾正他。

    4. Easy does it.別慌，慢點(diǎn)。與“take it easy， take things easy ”

    同義。

    5. That a boy. That's it. 兩句的意義相同，都是“對(duì)了，就這樣”的意
思，是在夸獎(jiǎng)別人干得好或干得對(duì)的時(shí)候說的。

    6. Now， come on， son. 醒醒，孩子。son ：孩子。 Albert 當(dāng)然不是Philip
的兒子，但是年紀(jì)大的人常常直接用son 來稱呼小男孩。
