　　A growing number of people are moving to the big city. The big city, like Peking and Shanghai, has many distinct advantages of social resources such as in economy, culture, medical care, education, public facilities. So the big city has great appeal to floating population. The increasing number of floating population bring to the big city not only prosperity but also hidden risk.

　　Among a host of problems at present, two especially stand out. For the one thing, the big city is already exhausting. Resources of the big city are not unlimited. The resources of the big city especially land, traffic, environment and water has suffered from overpopulation. The problem has greatly restricted the economic development and urban growth. For another, this kind of thing adds more tension to the social stability. For example, it is difficult to administer the floating population so that Crime Rate is on the increase.
　　
　　Personally, I believe that the increasing number of the floating population is both advantages and disadvantages. And we should reduce the drawback. The government should adopt effective measures to relieve the pressure on the big city.
