　　As China's urbanization, more and more people have poured into the city. For example，it has annual growth of Shanghai's permanent population of nearly 400,000 since this century. Althought the additional population brings rich human resources for social and economic development, it results many problems.

　　One of the more obvious problem in the following is that the pressure on housing, transportation and employment, which is great originally, is becoming a growing with the increasing population; Second, there is increasing difficulty in the management of additional population on current household registration system, social insurance and education for children cannot being protected; Third, the maintenance of elder and the education of children stay in rural areas will be confronted with crisis.

　　From my point of view, urbanization is the trend of social development, the government should consider many problems from the global view in the process of urbanization , published effective policies to ensure stability development of society.
