　　難點(diǎn)解析：比較難的就是第一個(gè)狀語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)序，其實(shí)如果看句子比較多的同學(xué)你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)這種用法基本是種習(xí)慣用法了，我來(lái)幫你調(diào)一下語(yǔ)序：

　　with interference from government as little as possible

　　這樣就懂了吧。

　　在真題中有這樣一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)：

　　in as obvious a manner as possible

　　試著調(diào)整一下語(yǔ)序;

　　別問(wèn)我歪果仁怎么要這樣寫(xiě)，他們是逗逼唄。

　　其他成分：who must accept the obligation of revealing in as obvious a manner as possible the course of reasoning which led him to his decision.定語(yǔ)從句

　　微觀分析：who=judge 或者就是前面的he,因?yàn)閮扇说穆氊?zé)是類(lèi)似的所以指代誰(shuí)都是一樣的。

　　這個(gè)部分的難點(diǎn)在于你要識(shí)別出revealing的賓語(yǔ)

　　revealing the course of reasoning which led him to his decision.

　　in as obvious a manner as possible做的是狀語(yǔ)，看看剛才我們是怎么處理的：

　　后面的which led him to his decision修飾過(guò)程，你問(wèn)我為什么不修飾reasoning，你自己翻譯就知道不通順了，這是語(yǔ)法解決不了的二義性，從語(yǔ)法上講都是可以的時(shí)候就只有看語(yǔ)境了。
